We’re excited to share what’s been happening — and what’s coming up — at Largo Castaway Sauna.
🌿 Monthly Whisking Sessions – Now Even Better
Our regular whisking sessions are in full flow, with Stevie now joined by Antonia as his side-kick, allowing for even more hands-on whisking time and a deeper experience for every guest. With two practitioners working together, everyone enjoys more individual whisk-on attention and the full restorative benefits of this powerful ritual.
These special sessions take place at 6pm on the last Friday of every month, with only 8 spaces available in each session.
• February is now fully booked
• March session – Book for Friday 27 March
• April session – Book for Friday 24 April
March and April are already filling quickly, so we recommend booking soon to avoid missing out.
🌸 March: Celebrating the Women in Our Lives
With International Women’s Day on Saturday 8th March and Mother’s Day on Sunday 15th March 2026, March is all about celebrating the incredible women around us.
We’ll be marking the occasion through our signature Largo offerings, with special touches such as:
• A fruity mocktail to rehydrate
• Uplifting aromatherapy blends
• Gentle fanning in the sauna
• Sweet treats and delicious fruit to enjoy
• Optional sea dips followed by cosy relaxation
It’s a beautiful way to say thank you — whether that’s with a gift card, booking a session just for them, or joining them for a shared experience by the sea.
🔥 Regular Sessions
We continue to be open:
• Friday through Sunday
• Men’s Monday evenings from 7–8pm
We’ll also be extending our opening days and hours over the Easter holidays, with more details to follow soon.
✨ Our First Castaway Retreat Weekend
Our very first Castaway Retreat Weekend at The Old Schoolhouse in Newburn was an incredible success — and we’re still smiling about it.
It was a weekend filled with:
• Amazing sauna experiences
• Beautiful accommodation
• Delicious, nourishing food
• Yoga sessions
• Sound bathing
• A wonderful jewellery workshop where guests created their own keepsake silver necklace pendant
The atmosphere was relaxed, uplifting and deeply restorative — everything we hoped a Castaway retreat would be. See a short highlights video.

• Deborah Enrici is returning with her beautiful Sauna & Sound Bathing experience – Book for Friday 3 April
• We’re arranging further dates for Carol Williamson’s Sauna & Reflexology sessions — always a deeply relaxing treat.
There’s so much to look forward to, and we can’t wait to share these experiences with you.
